We strive to protect Vietnam’s natural beauty by reducing pollution, raising climate awareness, and empowering youth to lead change through education and creative action.
Our Story
I have always been passionate about my heritage and the land where my ancestors shed their blood for our very existence. Vietnamese culture has shaped my identity—from attending Vietnamese school every Sunday to leading my school’s Vietnamese Student Union.
While I’ve long advocated for climate change awareness and pollution reduction, I hadn’t actively worked toward change—until now. Through this project, I hope to take meaningful action . I understand that pollution isn’t the only issue, but its effects are deeply urgent.
The Mekong Delta is a vital region for agriculture and tourism. Fish and crops from this area are major exports, yet pollution threatens that livelihood. For example, when fish consume microplastics from polluted tributaries, it harms the entire food chain—including us. Pollution here leads to lost income for fishers and farmers, food insecurity, and the destruction of biodiversity.
Knowing that this is the motherland where my parents and grandparents grew up drives me to create change—for the people who still live there and for generations to come. I hope by supporting Non Governmental Organizations in Southern Vietnam through donations, we can bring a long term and impactful change to Southeast Asia.
This passion project is not just a 3 month or 1 year thing, I hope to keep this non-profit going for as long as possible and pass it on to a new generation of passionate, youthful Vietnamese leaders.
Our Inspiration
I’m proud to credit my inspiration for this project to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I had the opportunity to work with them during my sophomore and junior years, helping to raise funds for blood cancer research and to support patients battling these diseases.
That experience taught me the power of youth-led action and how one project can truly impact lives. It motivated me to take that same passion and apply it to an issue deeply personal to me—environmental justice in Vietnam.
Meet the Founder!
This project began with one student’s passion for Vietnam and its environment—but it’s built on the belief that real change takes a team. As we grow, we’re welcoming youth who want to lead, create, and take action together.

Hi everyone! I am an upcoming Senior at Jesuit High School and I am from Beaverton, OR. I truly love everything about my culture, and I want to make sure that we can maintain it and cultivate it for our future generations in Vietnam. Really just my passion and love for my home country is what sparked this project. Besides from this, I aspire to be a successful pre-med student in college and possibly become a doctor! So far, I really like biology but not so much chemistry…
